Spirals, very small and very big

I must write about some coincidences, that look rather peculiar - vortices.
First in a very small scale, then in a big scale. It reminds me of microcosmos and macrocosmos, and the holographic principle.

First in microscale, bacteria.

Spiral Waves Break Hearts



Cardiac cells, when grown as a sheet of tissue, often exhibit spiral waves of electrical activity after two days in culture (see movie). Such spiral waves, which have been associated with abnormal rhythms in human hearts, may be a precursor to fatal cardiac rhythms such as ventricular fibrillation.



As the coupling in a heterogeneous excitable medium is reduced, three different types of behavior are encountered: plane waves propagate without breaking up, plane waves break up into spiral waves, and plane waves block. Blocking communication between the cardiac cells with a drug called heptanol (an agent that reduces the electrical coupling between cells) causes the spiral waves to break up into even more troublesome smaller spirals. Spiral wave breakup is believed to be a cause of ventricular fibrillation in human hearts(see movie).

A simulation closely reproduces the results of the above heptanol experiment. The model consists of cells irregularly distributed in space which are coupled to neighboring cells depending on their distance from each other. Shows the effect of reducing the size of the neighborhood of cell-cell interaction. For large neighborhoods, the wavefront is smooth. For small neighborhoods, the wavefront breaks into many small spiral waves.

Our Milky way is also a big spiral. But here I take an example in hurricanes. The question has always been, what is in the eye? In Milky Way a gigantic black hole? In a hurricane's eye is calmy weather. Why? Something like a black hole?

Hurricanes and tornadoes.
Then i saw a good video of a hurricane. New NASA research is providing clues about how air within and around the eye provides energy to help fuel the storm. This video combines simulation and observational data to illustrate the phenomenon.
The term hurricane is derived from Huracan, the name of a Mayan storm god. Over its lifetime, one of these massive storms can release as much energy as a million Hiroshima nuclear bombs.

Far enough from the equator - typically at latitudes of more than 10° - the Coriolis force associated with the rotation of the Earth sets the massive weather system spinning, with winds spiralling in towards the centre. Hurricanes can also contain very tall clouds called hot towers that stretch up to the ceiling of the troposphere. Hurricanes can continue to grow in size and ferocity as long as they are over warm waters.

Hot towers achieve a fast movement of the air upwards. And the eye is not totally round and centred. That will do the difference. Definitely worth to see.

In the eyewall, warm air spirals upward, creating the hurricane's strongest winds. The speed of the winds in the eyewall is related to the diameter of the eye. Just as ice skaters spin faster when they pull their arms in, a hurricane's winds blow faster if its eye is small. If the eye widens, the winds decrease.

There is something with the tornados and the hurricanes, something with the energy I don't understand. Superconductionlike or solitonic? Let's look at Wikipedia.

The most intense of all atmospheric phenomena, tornadoes come in many shapes and sizes but are typically in the form of a visible condensation funnel, whose narrow end touches the earth and is often encircled by a cloud of debris and dust. For a vortex to be classified as a tornado, it must be in contact with both the ground and the cloud base. The winds of the tornado vortex and of constituent turbulent eddies, as well as airflow interaction with the surface and debris, contribute to the sounds. Funnel clouds also produce sounds. Funnel clouds and small tornadoes are reported as whistling, whining, humming, or the buzzing of innumerable bees or electricity, or more or less harmonic, whereas many tornadoes are reported as a continuous, deep rumbling, or an irregular sound of "noise".



Since many tornadoes are audible only in very close proximity, sound is not reliable warning of a tornado. And, any strong, damaging wind, even a severe hail volley or continuous thunder in a thunderstorm may produce a roaring sound. Tornadoes also produce identifiable inaudible infrasonic signatures and a detectable seismic signature.Tornadoes emit on the electromagnetic spectrum, with sferics and E-field effects. Lightning activity often decreases as a tornado reaches the surface. Electromagnetics and lightning have little or nothing to do directly with what drives tornadoes (tornadoes are basically a thermodynamic phenomenon), although there are likely connections with the storm and environment affecting both phenomena.

Fair weather waterspouts are less severe but far more common, and are similar to dust devils and landspouts.

What about the black hole?
A black hole is born when an object becomes unable to withstand the compressing force of its own gravity. Many objects (including our Earth and Sun) will never become black holes. Their gravity is not sufficient to overpower the atomic and nuclear forces of their interiors, which resist compression. But in more massive objects, gravity ultimately wins.

Stellar-mass black holes are born with a bang. They form when a very massive star (at least 25 times heavier than our Sun) runs out of nuclear fuel. The star then explodes as a supernova. What remains is a black hole, usually only a few times heavier than our Sun since the explosion has blown much of the stellar material away. - Oh, so many unclear things. Nuclear fuel is elemental particles. Dark matter is not the same at the center and outwards. Is it the dark matter that runs out?

The problem is that we don't know what gravity is. Can it be compared to pressure, as in low pressure weather forming hurricanes?

In supersymmetry, every fermion has a so-called "superpartner" which is a boson, and every boson has a fermion superpartner. Supersymmetry may also be able to explain the nature of dark matter. Finding the Higgs boson will be seen as a priority for the new LHC and Atlas, because it is fundamental to a complete understanding of matter. The theory is that all particles acquire their mass through interactions with an all-pervading field, called the Higgs field, which is carried by the Higgs boson. Some physicists have made an even more startling prediction about the LHC: that it is energetic enough to create mini-black holes. Mini-black holes are being created around us anyway.



Gas that falls into a black hole settles into a so-called accretion disk. Friction and magnetic fields in the disk cause the gas to heat and emit X-rays. Supermassive black holes can grow by consuming gas and dust from disks, as from a disk of dust and gas in the galaxy NGC 7052.



Magnetic fields near a spinning black hole can propel electrons outward in a jet along the rotation axis. The electrons produce bright radio waves.



Looking almost 11 billion years into the past, astronomers have measured the motions of stars for the first time in a very distant galaxy. They are whirling at a speed of one million miles per hour—about twice the speed of our Sun through the Milky Way. Even stranger, the galaxies are a fraction the size of our Milky Way, and so may have evolved over billions of years into the full-grown galaxies seen around us today. How galaxies grew so much in the past 10 billion years is an active area of research, and understanding the dynamics in these young compact galaxies is a key piece of evidence in eventually solving this puzzle.

There is a theory explaining this, TGD. And look at how a tornado get more speed, by narrowing the circular diameter.

The same function is probably also behind our receptors. Think of them as mini black holes :-) That is quantum biology.

Climategate

Trees grow, just barely, south of the treeline, they entirely fail to grow north of the treeline. During the Medieval climatic optimum 750-1450 trees grew north of the present day treeline, indicating that the medieval climatic optimum was warmer than today in the north. During the past century, 1897 to present, there has been no movement in the treeline, indicating no twentieth century warming in the north, none."

He works at Penn. State Univ. Speciality, relationships between Earth's cryosphere and global climate change. Alley was invited to testify about climate change by Vice President Al Gore, in 2003 by the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and again before the U.S. House Committee on Science and Technology in 2007. Alley's most recent testimony was due to his current role as a lead author of "Chapter 4: Observations: Changes in Snow, Ice and Frozen Ground" for the Fourth Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. He has participated in the joint UN/WMO panel since 1992, having been a contributing author to both the second and third IPCC assessment reports.

"The US space agency has just released seven years of carbon emissions data that link rapidly accelerated global warming to increased humidity, a move well-timed to quell growing controversy about data connected to global warming.

As world leaders prepared to meet Friday in Copenhagen at the end of two weeks of slow negotiations on climate change, NASA researchers in Pasadena, California, said late Tuesday that the data on carbon dioxide had been ”extensively validated”.

The data was collected by the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) instrument on NASA’s Aqua spacecraft. It measures carbon dioxide concentrations 5 to 12 kilometres above Earth’s surface and tracks its movement, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration said.

Andrew Dessler, a climate scientist at Texas A&M University, said AIRS observations confirmed climate model predictions that as the climate warms, the atmosphere would become more humid, thus more than doubling the warming effect of increased carbon dioxide.

”The implication of these studies is that, should greenhouse gas emissions continue on their current course of increase, we are virtually certain to see Earth’s climate warm by several degrees Celsius in the next century unless some strong negative feedback mechanism emerges elsewhere in Earth’s climate system,” Dessler said in a NASA statement.

NASA did not say why it chose this particular time to release its seven years of data."

My comment: Another physist (Lubos Motl) got the figure 0,0001 degree warmer. That is just nothing. Who is right?

How damaging is “Climategate” to NASA?, In this case the stakes could hardly be bigger: a gigantic environmental catastrophe, or not, trillions of dollars, and a huge shift in global political power. NASA has been using its considerable public outreach and information resources to present the AGW story as if it was fully settled science.

Our Universe is bubbles within bubbles?

NASA's Interstellar Boundary Explorer, or IBEX, spacecraft has made it possible for scientists to construct the first comprehensive sky map of our solar system and its location in the Milky Way galaxy. The new view will change the way researchers view and study the interaction between our galaxy and sun. I copy from the site.

The new map reveals the region that separates the nearest reaches of our galaxy, called the local interstellar medium, from our heliosphere -- a protective bubble that shields and protects our solar system from most of the dangerous cosmic radiation traveling through space.



Voyagers Journey to the Heliopause can be followd on NASAs site Science Update Visuals. It shows that just as the Earth has its magnetosphere, so have our whole solar system. See the video here. Winamp media file. Play preview animation. This animation starts at our sun and quickly zooms out from the solar system to reveal the heliosphere and its collision with interstellar gas. The two Voyager spacecraft are currently exploring this interaction region.



Voyagers 1 and 2 reached the termination shock in 2005 and 2007, respectively, taking point measurements as they left the solar system. Before IBEX, there was only data from these two points at the edge of the solar system. While exciting and valuable, the data they provided about this region raised more questions than they resolved. IBEX has filled in the entire interaction region, revealing surprising details completely unpredicted by any theories. IBEX completes one all-sky map every six months. IBEX completed the first map of the complex interactions occurring at the edge of the solar system (shown) this summer. Animation.

How IBEX Maps the Edge of the Heliosphere. With every spin of the spacecraft, IBEX maps out a strip of the sky, repeatedly imaging the same strip for an entire orbit. Once each orbit, IBEX is reoriented to point at the Sun, which moves the observations to a new strip. Over a six-month period, the entire sky get covered.
BEX simultaneously makes a total of fourteen maps at different energies. This movie shows several different maps, with the surprising bright ribbon visible in each of them. IBEX has two independent sensors, and this still shows that they are seeing a very similar structure.

The energylevel keeps the different maps apart? The Big Book a la TGD?
Just as the different frequencies in the body keeps memories apart? This is also discussed by Wal Thornhill. The results, reported as a bright, winding ribbon of unknown origin which bisects the maps, have taken researchers by surprise. However, the discovery fits the electric model of stars perfectly.



An auxiliary measurement made by IBEX is the detection of the interstellar gas that flows directly into the solar system. This shows the first observation of interstellar hydrogen and oxygen gas.



Illustrates one of the possibilities for the bright ribbon of emission seen in the IBEX ENA maps. The galactic magnetic field shapes the heliosphere as it drapes over it. The ribbon appears to trace the area where the magnetic field is most parallel to the surface of the heliosphere (the heliopause).

The Sun’s movement through the Galaxy, animation.



Just like all other stars in the galaxy's flattened disk, the Sun slowly orbits the center of the galaxy like a horse on a merry-go-round, taking about 250 million years to go around once, gently bobbing up and down through the disk. As the Solar system travels through different parts of the Milky Way, the heliosphere's shape and size keep changing. The heliosphere protects us like a cocoon as the Sun and its planets travel through the Milky Way.

This graph depicts the fraction of high energy cosmic rays (greater than 100 MeV) that pass through the boundary of the solar system. 100% of them are present outside of the Bow Shock. There is a small dropoff in the number that make it through to the heliopause. More than 50% are stopped between the heliopause and termination shock, which is at approximately 100 AU. This leaves a fraction less than 25% to permeate to the inner solar system.

This animation shows how Energetic Neutral Atoms are made in the heliosheath when hot solar wind protons grab an electron from a cold interstellar gas atom. The ENAs can then easily travel back into the solar system, where some are collected by IBEX. The atom that is the result ducks with the IBEX. A fanciful picture.

The energetic neutral atoms are created in an area of our solar system known as the interstellar boundary region. This region is where charged particles from the sun, called the solar wind, flow outward far beyond the orbits of the planets and collide with material between stars. The energetic neutral atoms travel inward toward the sun from interstellar space at velocities ranging from 100,000 mph to more than 2.4 million mph. This interstellar boundary emits no light that can be collected by conventional telescopes.

Väder, känslor och kroppens fysiologi, Del I



Väder är som bekant svårt att styra. Vi vet alla att meteorologerna har svårt att säga oss hur vädret blir - prognoser är osäkra, och det för att det finns så mycket kaos i vädret.

Världens vetenskapsmän har nu kommit så långt att de kan styra över vädret, tror de. De har räknat ut att med 2 graders höjning höjs vattenytan mycket, och det kan ju vara så, men bara i teorin. I praktiken finns det en 'vädrets akilleshäl' som är liksom utlösare som styr vädret åt olika håll beroende på hur utlösaren stimuleras. Temperaturen kan höjas med mera än två grader på 10 år, för att under nästa dekal sjunka igen. Det har man tydligt kunnat mäta. Ser man på fossil kan den höjas med 10 grader, och sjunka igen. Det skedde strax innan hungersåren på 1800-talet. Också under min livstid har det varit extremt klimat ibland. Det finns också ett temperaturtak.

Nu försöker man styra klimatet genom energianvändningen, och har räknat ut att det skulle ändra på de två graderna. I sig är tanken helt ok, för visst har det en betydelse att vi eldar in mera, lagrad koldioxid i atmosfären. Visst skall vi sluta elda upp oljan, för det är ren idioti, en så dyrbar råvara, vi skall satsa på förnybar energi i stället. Visst går det, trots allt vad olyckskorparna kraxar. Men inte med enbart vindkraft. Inte med sol heller så här långt upp i kalla nord. Solpaneler och vindkraft har ändå utvecklats enormt på senare tid och den utvecklingen kommer att fortsätta. Men bara om vi beslutar oss för att inte satsa på kärnkraft, för gör vi det går bottnen ur alla energibehovskalkyler. Vi kan inte använda förnybar energi och kärnenergi på samma gång, och vem har tänkt att vi då skall stänga kärnkraftverken i stället för alternativen? Nej, den ekvationen går inte ihop.

Hur lång tid har vi på oss? Fem år, har man sagt. Andra tjugo. Hur ser världen ut då? Vilka behov har vi då? Vilken teknik? Prognoser är svåra att göra.



Nu har världens vetenskapsmän ytterligare ett äss i ärmen. I Gakona i Alaska finns en forskningsbas som kallas HAARP (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) där man skall skapa väder, styra det. Ser ni, mänskan har blivit så duktig att man kan skräddarsy ett visst väder. Eller kan man? Det går åt fanders, säger många. Mycket tyder på att de har rätt. Väder är verkligen ingen lätt sak.



Bernard Eastlund gjorde en upptäckt att då man skjuter högfrekventa och extremt högfrekventa strålar med extremt hög kraft (över en miljon watt) direkt mot en punkt i jonosfären så värms den upp av den ackumulerade elektriciteten. Man kan göra liknelsen "att 'koka' atmosfären".

Den upphettade delen av jonosfären utvidgar sig likt upphettad plast och höjs till högre höjd, så att atmosfären 'blåses upp' som en bubbla. Den här bubblan reflekterar kraftigt tillbaka alla radiovågor och på grund av sin höjd kan 'bubblan' tränga undan högfrekventa radiosignaler till en punkt långt bakom horisonten. Radiosignalerna tystas. Tom de effektiva, lågfrekventa ELF-frekvenserna och mikrovågsignalerna, vilka normalt skulle passera igenom jonosfären ut i rymden, kan reflekteras tillbaka utan att förlora mycket av sin styrka. Några vetenskapsmän är tom. bekymrade. De frågar sig:"Kan vi verkligen ta den risken och hantera något som vi ännu inte helt förstår, och något som hör till allt liv, inte bara mänskligt liv." HAARP har tom. beskyllts för vandalisering av miljön.

Jordens magnetfält
Dessa magnetfält är längst från jorden vid ekvatorn och de bokstavligen möter jordens yta vid polerna, och därför lokaliseras 'uppvärmarna' nära polerna, där de är mest nåbara, sårbara och mottagbara för onaturlig påverkan. Magnetfälten fortsätter också in i jordens inre. Vi vet faktiskt inte hur dessa magnetfält uppstår i dag. Jordens magnetism har sitt ursprung i elektriska strömmar i planetens innersta del, tror man. Det är frågan om 6–8 stora strömvirvlar i det yttre skiktet i jordskorpan som skapar magnetfältet. Det är därför helt logiskt att fältet kan ändra både riktning och styrka relativt snabbt. Ändringar i fältets riktning och magnetismens intensitet kan möjligen tyda på att jordens magnetiska poler är på väg att byta plats. Se video här.

Solvinden är så kraftig att den skjuter ifrån magnetosfären, så att den del som är vänd mot solen trycks ihop och frånsidan får en 'svans' liksom kometerna. Tillsammans med den lägre jonosfären är dessa laddade skikt ansvariga för att upprätthålla en strålningsfri miljö på vår planet. Liksom ozonlagret är de sköra men nödvändiga för liv. Oåterkallelig skada på dessa ekosystem kan förvandla HAARP till ett vapen för total ödeläggelse av vår planet.

Stjärnornas krig
sker med elektromagnetiska vapen. Neutronbomber, gammastrålar, etc. Högenergistrålevapen har redan använts, ex. i Operation Ökenstorm. Regnmakeri prövades redan i Vietnam. Inga kontaminationer bildas, ingen som kan spåra dem, excellent. 2020 skall de vara klara och utforskade. Det är nu några år sedan jag första gången hörde talas om dem, och jag trodde kanske att de aldrig skulle bli sanning. Utvecklingen har varit topphemlig. Reijo Mäkelä berättade ex. om en konferens där han talade. Under hans föredrag kördes alla delegater ut ur salen, endast militären satt kvar. Också hans hem har genomsökts och dokument förts bort. Samma sak berättade Robert Becker om i sina böcker. 'Köpta' vetenskapsmän är ett stort problem, då kritik inte släpps fram. De som för fram sanningen stämplas och mister sitt jobb.

Mycket av forskningen under de senaste 20 åren har utförts av USAs luftförsvar och flotta, och globala militära kommunikationer utvecklades som använde låga frekvenser, också de som ingår i den biologiska styrningen av olika processer. Undervattensbåtar kan använda dem, liksom i instängda platser, eftersom de har hög genomtränglighet. Om man låter 'bubblan' slå tillbaka kan man nå en stor förstörelsekraft på rymdbaser och rymdskepp, flyg mm. Man kan också orsaka jordbävningar och tsunamis. I en artikel av Chossudovsky 2000: Ur US-militär synpunkt kan hela nationalekonomier potentiellt destabiliseras genom klimatmanipulationer. Och än viktigare ur försvarssynpunkt är att fienden är helt ovetande, kostnaderna är minimala för USA och ingen krigsapparat behövs liksom vid konventionella krig. Dessa 'klimatvapen' skall också göras 'intelligenta'. USAs försvarsdepartment har fått ansenliga resurser för att utveckla intelligens och styrning-övervakning av väderförändringar. NASA och försvarsdepartementets lantmäteribyrå (National Imagery and Mapping Agency, NIMA) arbetar på "bildarkiv för studier av översvämningar, erosion, ras av landmassor, jordbävningar, ekologiska zoner, väderprognoser och klimatförändringar, med data från satelliter. Massor att läsa om klimatförändringarna här. Vem tjänar på det, ex.? Vilken roll har oljeindustrin och börsen? Det kanske inte var någon tillfällighet att det var just förre presidentkandidaten Al Gore som förde fram saken så starkt, men hur kan vi låta lura oss så? Se en video om krig och globalisation. "Globalisation is the final march to the "New World Order", dominated by Wall Street and the U.S. military-industrial complex."

Gregg Braden tror att den fluktuerande Schumann resonansen (höjning till ex. 11 cykler från 7) till följd av fördröjd utstrålning, kan vara en faktor i svåra väderförhållanden under senare år. Växthuseffekten som nu diskuteras med luft-temperaturer, mest vid jordytan, och mänsklig påverkan genom teknologin, har en roll. Men vid satellitmätningar finns ingen temphöjning 1979-1998, men sedan har en liten höjning märkts av. Och i dag vet man att de landbaserade mätningarna är manipulerats. Väderballongerna ligger närmare satelliternas opåverkade? kurvor.

De flesta mänskor har dock observerat att vädret har förändrats. En mera tillförlitlig metod bygger på åskfrekvenser och blixtar som är direkt beroende av lägre-atmosfäriska lufttemperaturer, så att högre temperatur ger mera blixtnedslag, och producerar elektromagnetiska pulser som sprids ut från källan, så att mycket av energin snabbt degraderas, men en del av energin faller ändå inom ELF-området och kan ge en biologisk påverkan. Hur mycket av den ökande Alzheimersfrekvensen och bidöden som beror på detta diskuteras. Man skulle vilja säga livligt, men tyvärr är så inte fallet, då det betyder politiskt och vetenskapligt självmord att blanda sig i. Man kan dock inte undgå känslan av att USA nu talar med kluven tunga i klimatdebatten. Man måste ju mycket väl känna till hur man själv gör och inte framstå som ett helgon, då man kanske är det rakt motsatta.

Merparten av vår isolerande atmosfär ligger mellan två ledande skikt, bestående av jordytan och den lägre gränsen för jonosfären. Denna sfäriska och koncentriska ihålighet avgränsas av de elektriskt ledande väggarna. Och eftersom denna våglängd blir lika stor som jordens omkrets så kan energin kretsa kring jord/jonosfär-ihåligheten utan att minska mycket. Små förändringar i temperatur 'pumpas upp' till stora förändringar i ELF-spektret. De 100 (ca) blixtarna som sker per sek. i de 1000 åskstormarna på vår planet, bidrar till energin i 7,5 Hz andelen = Schumann spektret, och global uppvärmning har länkats till den misstänkta ökningen i Schumann Resonansen, vilket är ett hot mot synkroniseringen av vår hjärna och vår kropp och våra känslor.

NASA också med?
NASA har en vision: kilometerlånga, elektrodynamiska slungor, sk. tethers, som växelverkar med jordens magnetfält skall ta bort utbrända satelliter och annat rymdskrot från banorna nära jorden. Samtidigt har tekniken potential att transportera gods, satelliter och rymdskepp till månen och längre ut i rymden. En rymdslunga är en kabel på 100 kilometer eller mer, som roterar runt ett massivt objekt. Längst ut på kabeln finns en gripklo, som fångar in satelliten, när kabeln befinner sig på den lägsta punkten i sin bana. Satelliten får nu en ordentlig åktur och släpps nära banans toppunkt, där den slungas upp i en högre bana utan att förbruka en droppe bränsle. Det är dock inte gratis. Kastet kräver energi, och därför faller slungan ned i en lägre bana, när satelliten åkt i väg. Här kommer vi dock till den riktiga finessen. Slungan är elektriskt ledande och växelverkar med jordens magnetfält, vilket gör att det uppstår en stor spänningsskillnad mellan kabelns ändar. Den höga spänningen drar till sig elektroner från jonosfären, så att ström löper genom kabeln.
Projektet kallas för Momentum-Exchange/Electrodynamic Reboost, MXER, här en utförligare beskrivning, och på NASA tror man att den första demonstrationen kan genomföras omkring år 2010. Detta berättar en artikel i Illvet 17/2005.

Militären inte intresserad av mänskors hälsa.
Hälsoargument får inte stor uppmärksamhet från militärt håll. Hål i den skyddande jonosfären görs nu på rutin med högfrekventa radiovågor och de kan kanske som en olycka riva upp den sköra kokongen vi lever i, nämligen mänsklig och planetär evolution. Man lägger denna teknik som kan modifiera miljön i händerna på militärkommando. Becker illgjorde sig över deras ingenjörsaktiga, reducerade uppfattningsförmåga. Holistisk syn fattades fullkomligt. Ett skrämmande framtidsscenario bara det. Dessutom tillkommer en manipulering av känslorna och uppfattningsförmågan hos befolkningen, något som jag skall återkomma till.

Motorn i evolutionen är inte naturligt urval, utan klimat och is, eller mao. stress. Istider har pulserat genom världen 30 gånger under de senaste 2,5 miljon åren. För att få en uppfattning om hur skör vår planet är, behövs en astrofysisk bedömning likaså. Vi behöver se djupt in i rymd och tid. Då blir det lättare att se hur den minsta störning av vår atmosfär kan orsaka dramatiska effekter på vårt geofysiska öde. Många komplexa krafter inverkar redan på jorden och vårt globala vädermönster.

Vid solfläcksmaximum rapporterades en ökning av molnigheten med så mycket som 2 % över USA. Då vi bombarderas med max sol output dubbleras temperaturen på den tunna, övre atmosfären, den sväller och puffas upp högre i atmosfären, upp till och högre än den internationella rymdbasen, som kan skadas. En ny studie visade att TSI (den totala energi outputen från solen, kallad total solar irradiance) ökat med c. 0,1% under de senaste 24 åren. Det är inte så mycket att det ger påtagliga klimatförändringar, om inte tillståndet kvarstår länge, i ett århundrade eller så. Men ökningen, som inte påverkar vädret, är lika stor som den totala mängden energi som används av oss mänskor globalt för ett år.

Schumanfrekvenserna reglerar biologin.
Problemet här är att lågfrekventa vågor används; samma frekvenser som ingår i jordens geomagnetiska fält. Vanligaste frekvensen är 2,8 - 8 Hz. Dessa frekvenser är biologiska regulatorer, ex. 8 Hz ligger mycket nära den lugnande alpharytmen i hjärnan, också hippocampus verksamhet som ju inverkar på minnet. Hippocampus har många andra frekvenser också, liksom hjärnan och den övriga kroppen, men just dessa låga frekvenser utgör vår avslappning, vila, sömn. Störs den störs också allt det andra. Rytmen och harmonin försvinner.

Energi och information överförs. Informationen ligger inbäddad i fältet, snarare än den är en del av fältet. Kanske planeten kommunicerar med oss med detta primitiva frekvens-språk? Man har visat att meridianerna selektivt upptar just dessa låga frekvenser. t.ex. Detta skulle kunna förklara varför trans och healing verkar ske i de primära Schumanfrekvenserna associerade med avslappning och alfarytmer.

Direkta antropologiska bevis visar att mänskan är intuitivt synkroniserad med planetens resonans och har så varit under hela sin historia. Det finns bevis över kulturerna som demonstrerar en samling rituella övningar som främjar denna harmonisering med planetens fält. Kanske den mest tydliga 'pådrivaren' till dessa transtillstånd är shamantrummorna och dans i trans, som är mycket gammal, över 50000 år. Pulserande eller flackande ljus användes likaså. Bön med svajande kroppar, mantras mm. är likså 'pådrivare'. Vad det är i det magnetiska fältet som kontaktas är däremot en helt annan sak. I vilken form finns informationen lagrad där? Mörk energi och mörk materia kan vara en del av förklaringen, kopplad till medvetandegrader. Här kommer återigen en koppling in angående vår perception och känslouppfattning, minne mm.

Väder-engineering.
Ytterligare störningar kan slita hål i en superuppvärmd jonosfär, och kan skapa katastrofala väderförändringar. De kan också potentiellt utlösas av militären (the Strategic Defense Initiative, SDI, med presidenten i toppen, börjande från Reagan) som missilförsvar som destabiliserar stora områden genom manipulering av klimatet utan de risker som konventionella krigsmaskineriet har.

Cheney sade 2008 under presidentvalskampen: "Vi hoppas alla att en chefskommendör aldrig skall behöva använda 'röda linjen' och få höra att en bombmissil har riktats mot USA. Under sådana förhållanden skulle katastrofen vara bara inom minuters avstånd." Obama svarade med ett tillägg som förespeglade att han skulle ha en överlägsen bedömningsförmåga så att han kunde handskas med ett sådant telefonmeddelande.

I Reagans vision 1985, sägs också: En rymdbaserad neutral partikelkanon vapen skulle dock inte påverkas av vädret eller av jordens magnetiska fält. Rymdstationen ISS har kanske en sådan forskningsmission också? I texten nämns också försvar som kinetisk energi, partikelstrålar, laservapen, radiofrekvensvapen, sensor och datateknik på avstånd, missil- och satellitförsvar mm. Intressant att nämna en missil med namnet peacekeeper:-) "WEATHER WARFARE" nämns i en artikel från 2000.

Denna vapenarsenal för ekonomiska och strategiska ändamål kunde kollapsa ekologiska system och störa jordbruksproduktionen kraftigt. Man har också försökt länka förekomsten av mystiska "chemtrails" till utvecklingen av HAARP teknologin och dess förmåga till "weather engineering". FN sponsorerar klimatdebatter om växthusgaser och 'icke-letala vapen', vilka kan utvecklas av USA och Ryssland, åtminstone. "Weather war" betyder att utlösa störningar i atmosfären med ELF mm. USA vill med sina elektroniska vapen 'äga klimatet' och rymden, skräddarsy naturliga mönster och dominerande global kommunikation, detta som plattform för militär överlägsenhet.

Nya vetenskapliga bevis pekar på att HAARP är helt funktionsdugligt. ur militär synpunkt är HAARP ett vapen för total massförstörelse och man har redan know-how för det, både i USA och i Ryssland.



Utan att uttryckligen hänvisa till HAARP-programmet studerar US-luftförsvaret punkter som kan användas för "inducerade modifikationer i jonosfären" som ett led i att ändra på vädrets mönster och för att störa fiendens radar och kommunikationer; HAARP & 'JOINT VISION 2020' Dennis Kucinich säger att Joint Vision 2020 redan är ett militärt program som håller på och experimenterar med riktad energi. Han verkar inte vara vänligt sinnad mot Cheney och Bush.

Fred kan också användas för detta syfte, se 'The Peace Alliance', helt enligt Reagans utkast.

Internationella bryderier över HAARP och systerprojekt som använder likadana energistrålar har fortgått informellt, och den senaste utvecklingen är inte uppmuntrande. Både media och väst-allierade har fördömt "Joint Vision 2020" planen för missilförsvar och rymdbaserade lasers som ett ytterligt farligt drag i kampen om världsherraväldet. Men att i klimatdebatten i Köpenhamn kasta över handsken till u-länderna när man vet vad USA håller på med är rätt grovt.

Jul, jul, kära jul

Den här julen är olik alla andra jular. Man kommer liksom inte på humör att pynta och feja. Det känns inte roligt att försöka hitta på lämpliga klappar. Inte ens att baka är lockande. Annars brukar jag baka allt möjligt, kakor, limpor, mm. Det enda jag fått gjort nu är hemmalagad morotslåda, som blev slut i ett nafs. Måste frysa den för att något skulle vara kvar till jul.
Tanken på lutfisken känns äcklande. Fy för lutfisk, Den har jag aldrig gillat, aldrig nånsin. Det enda bra med den är vitsåsen.

Morötter, potatis, fisk, sallad, är usch, usch, usch. Den här julen skulle jag gott kunna tänka mig att fara bort, långt bort, så man slipper tänka på eländet. Blommor och uppsättningar i mängd, det som förr var roligt är nu bara jobbigt.

Kransar har jag gjort i massor, men det har inte heller känts bra.

Tack och lov så är vi bjudna på julmat till dottern på aftonen så jag slipper koka så mycket. Det känns verkligen befriande.

Gubben gnäller. Gör si och gör så. Varför kunde du inte göra så? Det skulle ha varit gjort i går. etc. Fan ta honom. Tror han att han hjälper till med att gnälla? Han blir arg på mig, men jag orkar inte bry mig. Vill han vara arg så får han väl. Han har två recept på att lyckas. Att stiga upp tidigt och att gå ner i vikt. Gör jag det så lyckas allt, enligt honom. Båda är lika omöjliga. Jag är definitivt ingen morgonmänska, tvärtom, stiger jag upp tidigt så är hela dagen förstörd. Det kan han inte begripa. Han tror att alla är som han. Han kan nog ligga på soffan på em. och kvällen, men gudnåde mig om jag gör det.

Sonen var hem i kväll. Satt och snarkade så taket lyfte och jag försökte vara tyst för att inte väcka honom. Vad gjorde han då han vaknade? Blev arg på mig, för att jag inte avtalat med svärmor vem som skulle bjuda vem och när. Gubben instämde i tjatet. Jag som aldrig ens kommit på tanken... Mitt huvud är nog litet luddigt. Det fungerar inte riktigt som det skall. Och inte bryr jag mig, det är kanske det konstigaste. Jag orkar inte bry mig. Jag skulle nog kunna gå i ide nu. I går morse var kroppstemp bara 35,8. Det kändes kallt. Jag har frusit mycket denna höst.

Också min vän blev arg på mig, mycket arg. Men jag kan inte tycka att det var mitt fel. Jag kunde inte ha gjort annorlunda. Verkligen inte. Varför i hela friden blev vännen arg? Vilka motiv fanns bakom? Vill inte säga, har stängt av. det är väl den största orsaken till mitt deppade jag. Vänner har jag verkligen inte många av, och det känns. Mycket. Ensamheten grinar mig i ansiktet, misslyckandet igen en gång. Jag orkar inte bry mig om familjen som gnatar, men vännen... det är katastrof.

Det är märkligt, man träffar någon som får hela ens historia att spelas upp på nytt. Allt sånt som man trodde var bortlagt för gott får eget liv igen. Det känns hopplöst. Historien kletar vid mina fingrar, kletar vig hela mig så jag fastnar. Och det bara för att jag såg samma historia i vännen, samma knäppa beteende, samma bortförklaringar, samma flykt. Samma skygghet, trots, envishet. Och kampen som aldrig tar slut. En evig kamp. Och då blir jag så trött, så vissen. Inte ens en egen vän får jag ha. Livet är verkligen inte nådigt mot somliga.

Och så kommer barndomen upp. All strid, allt trots, mobbandet, ensamheten. Och jag förvandlas igen till den lilla flickan som alltid var fel och fick stryk. Som hett önskade att hon var pojke. Blyg och stum och trotsig, nästan aggressiv. Och envis, så envis, och så nyfiken, vetgirig. En krampartad tillvaro. De enda gånger då hon var riktigt lycklig var då hon var ensam, med djuren, med blommorna och naturen. Med böckerna, där var det ingen som klankade. Men det är väldigt svårt att leva ensam, att ha ingen som förstår. Och att få kontakt för att sedan förkastas känns fruktansvärt.

Fascination och iver, den fantastiska känslan att det finns någon som förstår hur det var, hur det är, för att det var likadant, igenkännandet. Men det blev för tungt och jobbigt, för många sår öppnade sig. Därför valdes flykt. Det som en gång sorterats hotade att på nytt röras ihop. Kallelsen, missionen, uppgiften, var starkare just nu. Senare kanske sorterandet måste ske igen. Många kämpar ett helt liv med det här. Många skjuter det framför sig ett helt liv. Tänker: Om jag bara får det här gjort nu först, blir allt bra sedan. Det är en illusion.

Många får en stroke, eller något annat allvarligt, i en sådan här situation. Som tvingar till sortering. Det som man bara har skjutit framför sig och flytt ifrån är man plötsligt tvungen att göra för att kunna leva med sig själv.

Jesus was a crackpot

Today there was installation of our new bishop, Björn Wikström, in Borgå. It has been a quite interesting time, because some of the candidates was strongly against women as priests and against homosexuals. What would happen if such a person would be elected?

I liked what I heard. Björn Wikström talked about permitting change in church too. He continue his fathers work. One thing that must change is the still strong masculine attitude in our church. I would hope next bishop is a woman.

But the need for change is much more than that. And although Björn Wikström takes a quite radical new concept, it is perhaps not enough at all. A paradigm is coming very soon. Can our church handle it?


Björn Wikström talked about Jesus as Messiah, riding on an ase into Jerusalem. He was ridiculed. Who did he think he was? He was just a poor boy from the countryside, a 'bad' boy in companjon of criminals and bad women. Brothers and sisters and cousins to those men with knifes, those murderers. Everyone was afraid of them. They killed people in open places, where people had gathered (palestinians of today had good teachers). Should he be the Messiah the holy texts in Torah talked of? That can't be true? You are joking?

When the Torah is read the Messiah is described as a King, a mighty person that should fight against the romans. There had been many of them lately. Too many? They had all started to fight in Jerusalem, and had been killed. And they were though quite strong men. What could this little one do? He was mad, a 'crackpot' as he would be called today.

But this Jesus had too followed the protocol, been invitated by John, stayed 40 days and 40 nights in the desert, fighted against the devil. He had crossed the river, he was of the right family. Could he be right? It had evidently not been so successfully with all the different Messiah's so far, perhaps another way to do it would be more successful? And he has showed he owned 'magic' skills when he cured so many sick people. Magic skill was very important for a Messiah. Today we would call him a gerillasoldier. And we know that the strategy has been successful. Then they did not knew yet, although some of the ancestrors had done that. People remembered the glorious fights of The Great Maccabeus Brothers Kings and Priests clan. A very bloody affair, worthy of modern fights in Serbia. Massmurders of innocent people was a job for heroes then.

Enough many people believed in Jesus to arrange a spectacular procedure with capes on the ground, like they would do for a King. Also leaves of palms. He got a very good reception, but why on such a simple animal. It looked like he was a clown. What would the romans say? And the priests? It was to ridicule them. Herodes was though married to a high member of that glorious old clan. A sister of the King. He had built his palace on their territory. But there was serious inside-fights in the clan this time. But it could be dangerous.

When it was shown Jesus was killed too people went mad. He was no Messiah, after all. He was killed, and the romans were still there. Everyone that followed the new teachings did it with his life unsecure. Especially the conservatives, the farise'es, but also many other was furious. Still today they do not accept the thought that Jesus was right after all. New Messiah-Kings was seen after this event too, and so the catastrophy happened. Of Jerusalem was left not stone upon stone. A total disaster for the priests.

The church has still totally missed the point why Jesus let them kill him. He did it of free will. The killing had a message, but not the one our church claim. Nobody can take over our sins, not even Jesus. It is against the natural laws that is made by God himself. Why would God go against himself? Nonsense. No, there is another explanation.

Today we can get a glimpse of that explanation through our science. Ironically it is the science that show us the way:-) Not theology, not conservatives. It is blowing new winds everywhere in the church. The very basement of our church is scrambling. But it is the church's own fault. They would have done the renewings all the time. Now it is maybe too late. Perhaps it is not by accident it is said that no new Pope will be elected after this one. New time is coming. Has it something to do with year 2012?

Will LHC in Cern show us this secret? It is the secret that has been told by all religions, in all times. But on anecdotal levels, with symbols and analogs. Now we have a chance to show that the teachings really are true. But just as on Jesus' time those brave men and woman who use a new concept, is ridiculed and left without support and money for their job. It has to be done on another basis than ordinary science.

What do they think they are, says the fighters for 'the Standard Model'. They don't even have labs. What can they do? It is only rubbish! And they don't even want to see what 'the rebellions' think. 'Crackpots everyone!' But they had too forgotten to renew themselves. Suddenly they are very afraid what the results from LHC may be. If they are wrong they must start looking at these 'crackpot' ideas. Terrible!

But when you look at these 'crackpot' ideas you can see that 'everything' (not everything, some of it is simply rubbish) the religion tells us is true. It is about supersymmetry, about magnetic bodies, lightlike cones, zero energy ontology (vacuum energy) with its implications for time. Eternity and wisdom (consciousness) in a virtual body. Made of light? Unbelievable! Fascinating!

There are many, many TOE's and GUT's, but one that has come this teological truth most closely is TGD. I would suggest our new bishop would start looking at it.

I know the church has been very worried because the teachings of church and science have not matched. But now there is a good and nobel chance to correct this.

Water on Moon for sure

NASA came with a news that may be of interest for biologists. Scientists have long speculated about the source of vast quantities of hydrogen that have been observed at the lunar poles. The LCROSS findings are shedding new light on the question of water, which could be more widespread and in greater quantity than previously suspected, says the article.

Water could only exist in areas of permanent shadow and those areas exist at the lunar poles. Some of these crater floors have not seen sunlight for possibly billions of years. Temperatures within these crates do not go above –280° F (-173° C) so they act as ‘cold traps’ where even light elements or compounds don’t have enough energy to evaporate.

"We are ecstatic," said Anthony Colaprete, LCROSS project scientist and principal investigator at NASA's Ames Research Center in Moffett Field, Calif. "Multiple lines of evidence show water was present in both the high angle vapor plume and the ejecta curtain created by the LCROSS Centaur impact. The concentration and distribution of water and other substances requires further analysis, but it is safe to say Cabeus (moon crater) holds water."

Also on Mars are water. Phoenix Mars Lander have identified water in a soil sample.

Man is greedy as usual. Now we can live on the Moon!

Just like on Earth, water will be a crucial resource on the moon, says article search for water. Transporting water and other goods from Earth to the moon’s surface is expensive. Macroscopic quantum coherence, photosynthesis

Is living systems quantum systems? And is consciousness too? Quantum effects cannot be significant in length and time scales involved and there is absolutely no evidence for them, says classic QM? Is it really so?

Sension 2007; Biophysics: Quantum path to photosynthesis, says: Knowing how plants and bacteria harvest light for photosynthesis so efficiently could provide a clean solution to mankind's energy requirements. The secret, it seems, may be the coherent application of quantum principles.

"After all, living systems look very quantal and we experience directly what could be called free will. We should rely on what we directly experience and ability to think rationally rather than authorities and be ready to question also the existing view about quantum physics. If the standard quantum physics does not allow the needed macroscopic quantum phases, we must modify the quantum physics. Even quantum consciousness theorists have usually adopted the view that wave mechanics is enough for understanding of living matter. Penrose has been an exception since he proposes that quantum gravity could be important." This from Pitkänens blog.

So wavelengths and quantum gravity is the answer. That is locality and non-locality. The problem is gravity is so difficult to explore, because we are all swimming in it. Gravity is dark energy/matter. Fröhlich talked of a quantum superfluid.

Pitkänens interpretion is with new physics. "There is a lot of indirect experimental evidence for the quantum view (the strange findings about the functioning of cell membrane, the effects of ELF em fields on vertebrate brain,...) This involves the identification of dark energy and dark matter in terms of macroscopic quantum phases with non-standard large value of Planck constant, the new view about space-time and about the relationship between experienced time and time of physicists, new view about quantum states based on zero energy ontology, etc.. Also p-adic physics is essential in the proposed view about correlates of cognition and intention." Zero energy ontology and vacuum energy is the same thing.


Photosynthesis in bacterias
To what extent do photosynthetic organisms use quantum mechanics to optimize the capture and distribution of light, asks Fleming 2004. The first law of photosynthetic economics is: "A photon saved is a photon earned."

...tuned to capture solar light efficiently, and then transmit the excitation energy to reaction centres, where long term energy storage is initiated. The energy transfer mechanism is often described by semiclassical models that invoke 'hopping' of excited-state populations along discrete energy levels, say Fleming. And he continues. ...obtain direct evidence for remarkably long-lived electronic quantum coherence playing an important part in energy transfer processes within this system. The quantum coherence manifests itself in characteristic, directly observable quantum beating signals among the excitons within the Chlorobium tepidum (sulfurbact.) FMO complex at 77 K. This wavelike characteristic of the energy transfer within the photosynthetic complex can explain its extreme efficiency, in that it allows the complexes to sample vast areas of phase space to find the most efficient path."

And in an earlier article of the same team:...the fundamental cause of electronic and vibrational dynamics—the coupling between the different energy levels involved—is usually inferred only indirectly. Two-dimensional femtosecond infrared spectroscopy based on the heterodyne detection of three-pulse photon echoes has recently allowed the direct mapping of vibrational couplings, yielding transient structural information...we extend the approach to the visible range and directly measure electronic couplings in a molecular complex, the photosynthetic light-harvesting protein...the conversion of light into chemical energy is driven by electronic couplings that ensure the efficient transport of energy from light-capturing antenna pigments to the reaction centre. We monitor this process as a function of time and frequency and show that excitation energy does not simply cascade stepwise down the energy ladder. We find instead distinct energy transport pathways that depend sensitively on the detailed spatial properties of the delocalized excited-state wavefunctions of the whole pigment–protein complex.

Remarkably long lived electronic quantum coherence is claimed to be present. Authors propose that quantum computation like process - quantum random walk -could be in question. Quantum collapse is a non-deterministic process and if it selects the path in this particular case it can select any path with some probability, not always the shortest one, is Pitkänens wiev.

Light-harvesting complexes 2 (LH2) are the accessory antenna proteins in the bacterial photosynthetic apparatus.

Herek et al., 2002: Coherent light sources have been widely used in control schemes that exploit quantum interference effects to direct the outcome of photochemical processes. The adaptive shaping of laser pulses is a particularly powerful tool in this context: experimental output as feedback in an iterative learning loop refines the applied laser field to render it best suited to constraints set by the experimenter. This approach has been experimentally implemented to control a variety of processes but the extent to which coherent excitation can also be used to direct the dynamics of complex molecular systems in a condensed-phase environment remains unclear. Here we report feedback-optimized coherent control over the energy-flow pathways in the light-harvesting antenna complex LH2 from Rhodopseudomonas acidophila, a photosynthetic purple bacterium. We show that phases imprinted by the light field mediate the branching ratio of energy transfer between intra- and intermolecular channels in the complex's donor–acceptor system. This result illustrates that molecular complexity need not prevent coherent control, which can thus be extended to probe and affect biological functions.

This year Read et al. (Flemings group) says, Despite their common function, the pigment-protein complexes that make up antenna systems in different types of photosynthetic organisms exhibit a wide variety of structural forms. Some individual organisms express different types of complexes depending on growth conditions. For example, purple photosynthetic bacteria Rp. palustris preferentially synthesize light-harvesting complex 4 (LH4), a structural variant of the more common and widely studied LH2, when grown under low-light conditions. Here, we investigate the ultrafast dynamics and energy level structure of LH4 using two-dimensional (2D) electronic spectroscopy in combination with theoretical simulations. The experimental data reveal dynamics on two distinct time scales, consistent with coherent dephasing within approximately the first 100 fs, followed by relaxation of population into lower-energy states on a picosecond time scale. We observe excited state absorption (ESA) features marking the existence of high-energy dark states, which suggest that the strongest dipole-dipole coupling in the complex occurs between bacteriochlorophyll transition dipole moments in an in-line geometry.

The broad linewidths in absorption spectra obscure information related to their structure and function. Photon echo techniques scans interactions normally hidden under broad linewidths with sufficient time resolution to follow the fastest energy transfer events in light harvesting. Approach and applications of two types of photon echo experiments: the photon echo peak shift and two-dimensional (2D) Fourier transform photon echo spectroscopy. Photon echo peak shift spectroscopy can be used to determine the strength of coupling between a pigment and its surrounding environment including neighboring pigments and to quantify timescales of energy transfer. Two-dimensional spectroscopy yields a frequency-resolved map of absorption and emission processes, allowing coupling interactions and energy transfer pathways to be viewed directly. Both classes of experiments can be used to probe the quantum mechanical nature of photosynthetic light-harvesting: peak shift experiments allow quantification of correlated energetic fluctuations between pigments, while 2D techniques measure quantum beating directly, both of which indicate the extent of quantum coherence over multiple pigment sites in the protein complex.

Upon irradiation by a laser pulse, the system begins to oscillate between quantum energy levels. An analogy can be drawn to a collection of springs, set into motion by the external perturbation (the pulse). Imagine that each of the springs oscillates with a slightly different frequency, analogous to inhomogeneous broadening wherein the electronic transition frequencies of a collection of chromophores vary. The result of this distribution of frequencies is that the “springs,” oscillating in phase immediately after interaction with the pulse, become gradually less synchronized over time. This is known as dephasing. Imagine then that at some later instant, the motion of the springs is simultaneously reversed by another perturbing pulse. As long as each of the springs maintains its original oscillation frequency and changes only its direction, the overall dephasing is reversed also. When this reverse dephasing or rephasing process occurs not with springs but with a collection of chromophores interacting with laser pulses, the effect is for the sample to emit a light pulse “echoing” the input pulse at the instant when the oscillators are once more in phase.
The appearance of a photon echo signal depends on each of the springs remembering its initial oscillation frequency and phase. If, on the other hand, the frequencies are individually modified or the phases shifted (as can occur through coupling to vibrational motions of the pigments or proteins), the collective motion of the springs devolves into random noise; the constructive interference—rephasing—is never realized, and a photon echo signal is not emitted. Thus, the signal is uniquely sensitive to the coupling between the electronic transitions on the pigments and the nuclear motions of the “bath” (motions of the pigments themselves and of the surrounding protein). The detailed pigment–protein interactions in photosynthesis play an important role in controlling energy flow through the complexes. Furthermore, photon echo signals track energy transfer between the electronic states of neighboring chromophores.

Pigments in photosynthetic pigment–protein complexes are often closely packed and form an excitonically coupled system, and the reaction center can have three distinct absorption bands. However, the excitonically coupled states contain the properties of electronic states from different molecules, and they are correlated to some extent. The more correlation between the states, the larger the peak shift signal generated with this new technique. Photon echo experiments afford control over multiple frequency and time “handles” (i.e., pulse color and duration of time periods T and τ). The frequency domain and the time domain are both used in the measurement of dynamics.

Photon echo-based experiments may be designed to probe a number of aspects of photosynthetic light-harvesting complexes in detail, including coupling among pigments, coupling between pigments and the surrounding protein environment, contributions to spectral broadening, dynamical time scales, and mechanisms of energy transfer in light harvesting. Perhaps most exciting at this juncture is the recently realized capability of photon echo techniques to directly probe the quantum mechanical underpinnings of ultrafast energy transfer in photosynthesis, first discussed over 50 years ago but elusive of direct experimental observation until now. Coming years will likely see rapid expansion of experimental methods related to those described here.

The data in an earlier study of the group, revealed long-lasting coherence between two electronic states that are formed by mixing of the bacteriopheophytin and accessory bacteriochlorophyll excited states. This coherence can only be explained by strong correlation between the protein-induced fluctuations in the transition energy of neighboring chromophores. Our results suggest that correlated protein environments preserve electronic coherence in photosynthetic complexes and allow the excitation to move coherently in space, enabling highly efficient energy harvesting and trapping in photosynthesis. Quantum coherences between excitonic states play an important role in the dynamics of energy transfer in photosynthetic complexes—i.e., the energy transfer is described by wavelike coherent motion instead of incoherent hopping.

And new physics
From TGD: "The sole problem is to understand how macroscopic quantum coherence is possible in the length scales considered. In TGD framework the hierarchy of Planck constants suggests that both macroscopic quantum coherence and very low dissipation rate are due to the large value of hbar for electrons. Estimate is that dissipation rate should reduce by a factor 1/5 and coherence times and lengths should increase by a factor 5. The electron Compton length is scaled up by a factor 2 to so that it corresponds to the p-adic length scale L(149)=5 nm. This would scale up the fundamental bio-time scale of .1 seconds predicted by TGD to be the time scale assignable to causal diamond of electron."

The reduced Compton wavelength of the electron is one of a trio of related units of length, the other two being the Bohr radius and the classical electron radius. Any one of these three lengths can be written in terms of any other using the fine structure constant, says wikipedia. Studies on p-adic length scale by Carlos Castro 2005, Wikipedia, Andrew Baker 2009, and Hartmut Muller, etc..

Macroscopic quantum coherence and quantum metabolism as different sides of the same coin
"If Planck constant can have arbitrarily large values, the situation becomes possible since Compton lengths and other quantum scales are proportional to Plancks constant. Dark matter is excellent candidate for large Planck constant phases. Quantum classical correspondence suggests the identification of space-time sheets identifiable as quantum coherence regions. Since they can have arbitrarily large sizes, phases with arbitrarily large quantum coherence lengths and arbitrarily long decoherence times seem to be possible in TGD Universe.

Hierarchy of Plancks constants
The interaction is associated with some kind of interface between the systems, perhaps join along boundaries connecting the space-time sheets associated with systems possessing gravitational masses. Also a large space-time sheet carrying the mutual classical gravitational field could be in question.

- Even ordinary condensed matter could be "partially dark" in many-sheeted space-time. The realization of hierarchy of Planck constants leads to a considerably weaker notion of darkness. The notion of darkness is relative. For instance, classical interactions and photon exchanges involving a phase transition changing the value of Plancks constant of photon are possible.
- The increase of Plancks constant would make the fine structure constant alpha in question small.
- States behaving in some respects like mini black holes (are maybe found) explained as color flux tubes forming a highly entangled state and identifiable as stringy black holes of strong gravitation and carry a quantum coherent color glass condensate, and would be characterized by a large value of Plancks constant naturally resulting in confinement phase with a large value of alpha's. This condensate would be present also in ordinary black-holes and the blackness of black-hole would be darkness.

Water as a coherence medium would perhaps act just like this. With a collapsing of the fine structure constant in a phase transition and breaking of a strong hydrogen bond giving protons and electrons.

"Besides hydrogen carbon dioxide serves as the basic raw material of these molecules. The covalent double bonds between carbon and oxygen are reduced in the process. The photons excite in the reaction center of photosystem I electron pairs transferred to NADP+ to give NADPH which transfers electrons and metabolic energy to where they are needed. Photosystem II draws electron pairs from water and feeds them to the photo-system I to compensate the electrons lost in the generation of NADPH. As water molecules lose two electrons, oxidation happens which means the generation of O2 molecules. Photonic energy is storde temporally by transforming ADP molecules to ATP molecules."

Photosynthesis in TGD
"p-Adic length scale hypothesis gives very strong quantitative guidelines in the attempt to understand photosynthesis in many-sheeted space-time, and one ends up to a general view about how Bose-Einstein condensates store metabolic energy as zero point kinetic energy and how this energy is utilized by remote metabolism (by generating negative energy MEs = 'a need'). After the light is transmitted to chlorophylls it excites electron pairs in turn transferred between pigments.

Model in TGD:
- The presence of electronic super-conductivity (cause of electronpairs driving the mechanism).
- Dropping k = 137 -> 139 of single proton in ATP synthesis (for ATPase).
- Electron Cooper pairs decay at k = 148 space-time sheet and then drop to k = 151 spacetime sheet (electron shell?).
- The BE-condensate residing at k = 151 cell membrane spacetime sheet is a fundamental electronic Cooper pair BE condensate. That ground state spacetime sheets correspond to different p-adic primes would guarantee that photosystems I and II are separate even when they have (apparent) spatial overlap.
- Antenna pigments could generate MEs transferring the photonic energy to the reaction center as Bose-Einstein condensed photons.
- Chlorofyll transition is certainly responsible for the absorption of quantum and the whole spectrum of visible light is involved. The excited chlorophyll system generates ME bridges?
- For water is suggested that collective effects are of importance, perhaps Bose-Einstein condensates of H, protonic and electronic Cooper pairs, H2, O, and O2 at larger space-time sheets might be partly involved. The model for sol-gel phase transition already led to the tentative idea that Bose-Einstein condensates of free hydrogen atoms could be present in the cellular water. Only a small fraction would reside at larger space-time sheets.
- Bose-Einstein condensates might perhaps make water some kind of liquid crystal structure.

The first thing to notice is that the upper bound .5 eV for IR energies corresponds to the nominal value of the metabolic energy quantum identified as the energy liberated as proton drops from the atomic space-time sheet with k=137 to a very large space-time sheet or the same process for electron Cooper at k=149 space-time sheet. If Cooper pairs are involved, the latter process would occur in the length scale defined by the thickness of the lipid layer of the cell membrane (5 nm). The lower bound corresponds to a metabolic energy quantum assignable to k= 139 for protons and k=151 transition for electrons (thickness of cell membrane).

Second point to notice is that TGD predicts a fractal hierarchy of spectra of metabolic energy quanta. The zero point kinetic energy .125 eV of H atoms in turn correspond to the energy needed to carry doubly charged ion such as Mg2+ or Ca2+ through the cell membrane. ionic pumps are based on remote metabolism, that is sending of negative energy MEs inducing the dropping of H, H2 and possibly 2p from k = 169 space-time sheet or dropping of electronic Cooper pair from k = 149 and electron from k = 151 space-time sheet.

"Planck’s constant comes directly from electromagnetic self-field theory (EMSFT) and its application to the hydrogen atom. Empirically the value of Plancks constant is calculated from the solution of the Bohr radius and the resonant frequency of hydrogen atom. Obviously this raises an issue at the heart of quantum theory.

Where does the self-energy of the system come from? EMSFT theory suggests that photons supply the energy to the electron and the proton and vice-versa. That discrete quanta of Planck’s energy are involved in the particle-field interactions strongly implicate the photon as the energy provider/mediator for the atomic system. This suggests two interfacing systems of motion at differing scales each supplying the other’s energy; two interfacing inhomogeneous systems of equations. The stability of the field/particle system, may also be reflected in a similar equation as seen from the perspective of the photon, hence a state of balance between the motions and interactions of the proton, electron and photons may exist...the source terms of the E- and H-fields of the electron are indeed photons as is the case for quantum field theory... the motion of the electron (and proton) can be written as source terms for the photons if they were written as the particles. The ‘fields’ and ‘particles’ are thus interchangeable in the mathematics of EMSFT. EMSFT is not a classical field theory, but like quantum field theories.

Magic, religion and quantum physics


From the Many-Worlds Quantum Theory viewpoint, an interaction is a measurement of the quantity (charge, polarization, position, etc.) that is involved in the interaction. Therefore a graviton interaction can measure the structure of spacetime, including the selection of a time-like axis and space-like section that is used.

'Information is the underlying basis of the Quantum Consciousness of All Life in ALL SPACES', write Tony Smith on his homepage. It is quantum computing, but also different codes. Information is both classical and quantum. The pattern of treads in the cytoskeleton can pass light in a code, The cells appearance can give a message. Form is information.

'Physical Wavelets provide a connection between the World of Physics and the World of Information', is another cit. Then I see numerology, mystery schools, sacred geometry etc. comes out of this? And the physics of course, because physics is behind it. Quantum information processes can be described by particle-antiparticle diagrams much like particle physics diagrams.

According to the Tibetan Book of the Dead, after you have met your Fate in a given World among the Many-Worlds, and your Physical Life therein is over, your Spirit, or Consciousness, encounters the Dark, Clear, and Luminous Bardos. The white light-bar represents the Bardo of Clear Light, the simple clear transparent Realm that encompasses all of the Many Worlds of Many-Worlds Quantum Theory at the level of Simplex Physics above the Planck Energy. If you recognize it and merge with it, you are at one with the Realm of the Many Worlds. In Talmud you can read 'Ben Azzai glanced towards the Divine Presence and consequently died. ... His soul became so enraptured by the supernal realities it experienced in the Merkavah state that it formed an intense connection with them. Ben Azzai's soul gazed at the brilliantly clear light and it separated from its body, as well as from all bodily functions. It chose the serenity of Heaven over the vicissitudes of our earth and never returned again'. I never liked Ben Azzai anyway:)

If you still do not recognize the Realm of the Many Worlds after passing through these levels, then you do not merge with the Realm of the Many Worlds.

If you are able to learn and improve yourself by being reborn in cycles of rebirth, then you might be reborn in cycles of rebirth until you learn enough to merge with the Realm of the Many Worlds;

If your soul is not harmonious enough to improve in cycles of rebirth, then your soul must be disintegrated and reassembled, together with parts of other disharmonious souls, in more harmonious forms, a process like purification by the fire of Gehinnom through which souls pass to enter Gan Eden.

Particles that we observe, such as Electrons, Neutrinos, Protons, and Pions, have Compton Radius Vortex structures related to a hydrodynamic interpretation of Bohm Quantm Theory.

The action of the vacuum (Qi) is in accord with the science of pattern-principles (Li). At all levels, the interactions follow the principles of Zhen-Shan-Ren.

At the level of human physical science, the laws are manifested as the laws of physics. The probability of any event of interaction is a transaction between an amplitude from the past, looking like one helix, corresonding to Yang, and an amplitude from the future, a mirror-image helix, corresponding to Yin. Look like Double Helix structures, the same structure we material beings use to transmit genetic information. Genetic codes are related to the I CHING.

To describe Universal Transformations, use Many-Worlds Quantum Theory. In it. the vacuum (Qi) is active, so that there is no such thing as nothingness. Vacuum, nothing, zero, The Universe came into being from nothing, ecchoes thrugh my brain. I will take up this tread later.

I really LOVE this. I never knew physics was so fantastic! I have always wondered how the ancient cultures could get such an accurate picture of the reality - with introspection and meditation alone. I must say I admire them very much.

Then we end up with another holy number, 7. It is derived from 28 (4*7). It is 'all', the completeness.
...the 7 imaginary octonions generate the 28-dimensional Lie algebra (ex.a+b=ab, forms a 4-fold network) Spin(8), whose three 8-dimensional representations are related by triality in such a way as to produce the Freudenthal-Tits Magic Square. The holy trinity again. it is in every religion, and in TGD too.

A being made of massless light-cone particles
That is the magnetic body I talked of before, or almost. A light-being. ...lives on the boundary of the light-cone. It exists in all times and sees alternative Worlds branching at all times. The quantum phase, taking values in the helical covering space of U(1), is the means by which a light-cone being determines the order of events and how amplitudes interfere. In other words, the quantum phase is the means by which a light-cone being "tells time". Therefore, a light-cone being always knows when/where it is by its phase, in a maximally efficient way.

"In a world of light there are neither points nor moments of time; beings woven from light would live 'nowhere' and 'nowhen'; ... One point of CP3 [the 'Penrose paradise'] is the whole life history of a free photon...
Light-cone beings in our low-energy regime could be made up of any massless (not SU(2) weak bosons or scalar Higgs) and unconfined (not SU(3) gluons) gauge bosons, i.e., photons and gravitons, and of massless neutrino fermions.

For Light-cone beings to be STABLE, they must be made of stable photons, gravitons, or neutrinos. Dark ones:-)

Advanced Waves from the Future
'HOW MIGHT A QUANTUM MIND BE ABLE TO SELECT which of the Many-Worlds it will experience in the future?' If some types of quantum systems are observed constantly, their states do not change. This is exactly what R. Sheldrake talked about, when he wondered what was the driving force behind choise, habit, said he. But then I read it could also go the opposite...near threshold decay processes may be accelerated by repeated measurements. The same strategy that bacterias have, increasing change. That is allostasis as opposite to homeostasis, or that order through disorder again.

...include near threshold photodetachment of an electron from a negative ion, and spontaneous emission in a cavity close to the cutoff frequency, or in a photon band gap material... That border-effect. In biology it is achieved when two systems fall onto each other. In the border is a higher diversity. Things happen at the border.

FAR ABOVE THE PLANCK ENERGY,
the universe looks like a lot of indistinguishable points, say N points, all connected to each other like an (N-1)-dim simplex. This is non-locality. Then I think of those changing or dynamic Planck constants, that changes with the phase transitions. The new physics.

Physically, that means to break some of the links so that everything is no longer connected to everything else.
